This Privacy Policy governs the Abora mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application" or "App"), related web services, and programmatic social automation features created and operated by Daniel Marzán (hereby referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), available officially at https://danimarzan.com.

This service is provided by Daniel Marzán as a Free application and is intended for use "AS IS". We are committed to safeguarding your privacy in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Google Play Developer Policies, and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download, install, play, or authenticate with it. This information may include:

• Device & Network Data: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, device model, language preferences, unique device identifiers, and anonymized performance metrics.
• Usage & Navigation Telemetry: In-app screens visited, mission choices, parameters (e.g. Lucidity, Will, Fate stats), timestamps of gameplay sessions, and total duration spent within the Application.
• User-Provided Contact & Profile Data: While using the Application or connecting features, the Service Provider may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address, user handle, and language preferences.
• Precise Geolocation: The Application does NOT gather, request, or track precise real-time GPS location data from your mobile device.

3. TikTok API & Third-Party Social Publishing Integration

When you connect your social media channels (such as TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram) to Abora or our social publishing tools:

• OAuth 2.0 Security: Access is established strictly via standard OAuth 2.0 authorization. Tokens are encrypted using AES-256 and stored securely.
• Explicit User Consent: We only access, upload, or publish content to your social account when you explicitly authorize the action.
• No Sale or Brokering of Data: The Service Provider NEVER sells, rents, leases, or trades your personal information, tokens, video assets, or audience data to any third party, data broker, or advertising syndicate.
• Revocation at Will: You may disconnect your social account or revoke Abora's API access at any moment via your TikTok or Google Account Security settings.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and ensuring stability. The Application utilizes trusted third-party service providers governed by their respective Privacy Policies:

5. Information Disclosure & Legal Requirements

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information only under the following limited circumstances:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or official governmental request.
• When believed in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights, protect user safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
• With trusted cloud hosting and service providers who work strictly on our behalf, do not have independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy.

6. Opt-Out & Data Deletion Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or app marketplace.

If you wish to request the permanent deletion of any User Provided Data or associated account identifiers, please email the Service Provider directly at dani@danimarzan.com (or danimarzan99@gmail.com), and your data will be permanently purged within a reasonable timeframe (under 30 days).

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13.

In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at dani@danimarzan.com so necessary actions can be taken immediately.

8. Security Safeguards

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We maintain administrative, physical, and electronic safeguards to protect information processed and maintained against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All external communications use TLS 1.3 encryption.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new effective date. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
