Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Abora mobile application, web platform, programmatic tools, and social automation dispatchers operated by Daniel Marzán ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of the Services

Abora is an interactive historical and philosophical storytelling platform that allows users to experience historical scenarios through decision-making mechanics, generative storytelling, visual immersion, and social media integration tools. Certain features of our Services may allow automated publishing, synchronization, or content delivery to third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
  • If you connect third-party accounts (such as TikTok, Google, or Meta) to Abora or our social publisher services, you warrant that you are the authorized owner or administrator of said accounts.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Platform Compliance (TikTok, Google, Meta APIs)

Third-Party Terms: When using automated social publishing features, you agree to comply with all applicable community guidelines and terms of service of third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual assets, historical narratives, user interfaces, code, audio compositions, algorithms, trademarks, and logos associated with Abora and Daniel Marzán are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services to publish or distribute hate speech, harassment, spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of our platforms or APIs.
  • Abuse API rate limits or interfere with server performance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DANIEL MARZÁN OR ABORA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
